Things are progressing nicely on the first Latvian Dances sock.

The sole has its own pattern,

as well as the instep.

I can't wait to finish it and get the second one cast on.

Is that a Redbird Knits pattern? I was admiring some beautifully knit socks at the show and realized they were from Robin.

You have a good eye, Jody. Yes, it's a Red Bird Knits pattern from her sock of the month club October 2008. You can probably purchase the pattern online or for sure you can get it at Never Enough Wool in Port Perry (call ahead to mnake sure they have it) or at Kniterary in Whitby. Again, call ahead to see if she still has it in stock.
