I just became aware of the Kate Atherley 2016 Fall Knitalong. On the Craftsy webpage you can either order one of their three yarn kits or just download the free class.
Three accessories are covered highlighting the knitting techniques: a lace cowl with good instruction for lace knitting (i.e. reading charts); a hat highlighting cable techniques; and a pair of fingerless mittens highlighting colourwork.
Kate is an excellent teacher and even if you are a skilled knitter, following her classes will certainly be a good refresher for accurate and efficient technique.
