Winter's Eve

With the World Cup on, there's oodles of time to stitch these days. I started and finished this little ornament last week.

It's the Country Cottage Needleworks design "Winter's Eve" from the 2006 Just Cross Stitch Christmas magazine. The only substitution I made was a golder colour for the moon. I don't remember what it was.

It's stitched with two threads over two threads on 32 count Belfast linen. It was a remnant I purchased at The Stitcher's Garden a couple of weeks ago.

It goes on the pile of ornaments that need to be finished.
