Boxy Bag

I did a bit of sewing last week. I've had this fabric for ages and have wanted to make a zippered bag for travelling with cables and charges for various electronics.

It is Windham Fabrics' 'Text Me'.

I decided to quilt it by stitching around the cell phones.

It took me three times longer to complete the project but I like the effect.  Excuse my wobbly stitching as I went around corners.

The interior fabric is in the same line and consists of micro USB cables and Apple Lightning cables.

I have quite a bit more of this fabric so have some project bag ideas for that.
